My Apache RTR 200 RV BS6 version is giving me a mileage of 25kmpl

Hi, I have purchased my Apache RTR 200 4V in April 2021. my bike's mileage has always been around 25kmpl to 30 kmpl. I have veen touring at lower rpms during the run-in period of the engine. I have informed the mechanic at the service center but there has not been any change in bike's performance. Would appreciate if TVS could help to fix the problem.
