in my phone the application says mac_id invalid and invalid speedometer messages. Did you face the same issue?

I've same problem, but till not resolved by customer care

logout the application. reinstall and try again

Looks like your app closes when you lock the phone after starting navigation, try to give the app background access and remove it from battery optimization list. It should solve the issue.
