why apach 200 4v having disc pad rubbing issue

i brought a TV apachi 200 on sep month, after 600km I give a first service after that i was facing disc pad wearing issue I changed 2 times but still I have facing issue now same rubbing sound happening in back disc also! even service center can't address this issue! still now it's ran 2000 km I changed 2 times disc pad

allign rear wheel. Use greese on caliper pins and back side of disc pads. Also check rotor for any dents or bent
