WHY RPM LIGHT ALWAYS STAY ON IN RTR 200. 4V Sports mode???

I purchases rtr 200 4v yesterday and on the way home I've noticed something in meter console.Rpm light is always on in sports mode but in other modes like rain and urban no issues. I don't think it is good in a long run.I need help with this issue.

Faced the same issue. Actually it's not a problem, u need to go above 6000-6500 rpm to make red light go. Sports mode is when u rev ur engine hard in each gear

im also facing same issue and my bike also not showing rpm shift light setting even after ecu update

Hi Yedhu, In Urban mode RPM light will glow above 6000 rpm and in Sport mode it will glow below 6000 rpm. For low speed it is always recommended to use Urban mode. Regards, TVS Community.
