Yes, the TVS iQube can be washed at a regular water washing station. However, do not direct the water stream at areas like the charging port, the bag hook area or the underneath the seat regularly. We recommend washing to be done at at the authorised workshop.

Yes, you can ride the iQube in stagnant water up to a depth of six inches or 150 mm, with all safety precautions taken for the rider. You can be rest assured that all key components below the floorboard are IP67 rated and will not be affected. We recommend you watch out for potholes though.
The TVS iQube comes with three variant options catering to wide variety of our customers’ needs. The TVS iQube 2.2 kWh variant has a top speed of 75 kmph. The TVS iQube 3.5 kWh, TVS iQube S 3.5 kWh & TVS iQube ST 3.5 kWh come with a top speed of 78 kmph and TVS iQube 3.1 kWh and TVS iQube ST 5.3 kWh variants comes with a top speed of 82 kmph.

Here are a few tips to get the best performance out of your TVS iQube.

  • Do not hold brakes while riding. Though it is a common practice among scooter riders to hold the rear brakes ever so slightly while riding, it should be avoided as it reduces the life of your brakes and consumes extra energy in the process, thus reducing your efficiency.
  • Rapid acceleration and riding at high speeds also uses up your battery faster.
  • Maintain the recommended tyre pressure and check periodically (refer to the owner’s manual for correct tyre pressures for your vehicle). If they are under-inflated, their rolling resistance increases as a result, more energy is consumed to move your scooter.
The motor used is an energy efficient low noise BLDC hub motor with 4.4 kW peak power and has been put through rigorous tests in the harshest weather and road conditions.
The TVS iQube has a gradeability of 10 degrees which makes it easy to ride over inclined roads. It has been tested in the high Himalayan mountains and was the first electric scooter to reach the remote Spiti Valley in Himachal Pradesh.
Your TVS iQube comes with a 3-year warranty*, which includes the battery, controller, charger and the motor. Damage caused due to poor maintenance, external factors and negligent use, however, are not covered. Subscription plans are packaged offerings of services and features that enhance the overall ride experience and vehicle ownership for customers. The connected features on TVS iQube vehicle are packaged in the form of the ‘Basic’ and ‘Advanced’ packs. To avail of this, you will have to purchase the subscription plan by going to the subscriptions section available on the top left hamburger menu on your TVS iQube app. The first year of ‘Advanced’ features is free for a limited period.

Fast charging impacts the lifespan of Li-ion batteries and as of now TVS iQube does not support fast charging. We are continuously working on fast charging technology that has the least impact on battery life and would bring it to market at the earliest.
Your TVS iQube comes with a standard 950 W or 650 W charger (depending on the variant) that can plug into a 15 A household socket and does not require a separate line or meter to function. In case your designated parking spot is far away from your residence, you may need to arrange for a separate connection.
The TVS iQube’s charging socket only consumes nominal energy - less than a night lamp - in standby mode.

That means, even if you took a month-long vacation, your scooter would’ve only dropped by roughly 15% of charge when you got back. For best results, ensure you leave your TVS iQube with at least 50% charge.

TVS iQube being an electric scooter, requires minimum consumables during service. Depending on the maintenance schedule or the amount of wear on the parts, replacements may be required.

Our roadside assistance will get you in 90 minutes in Urban areas, 120 minutes in Sub-urban areas and 180 minutes in Hilly terrain, but traffic and weather limitations are factors beyond our control, which can impact the time. EMPS 2024 is introduced by the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India, aimed at accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in the country. It specifically focuses on supporting the adoption of electric two-wheelers (e-2W) fitted with advanced batteries.

Our booking process adheres to a first-come, first-served policy, ensuring that deliveries are made in the order bookings are received. The extended warranty scheme for TVS iQube is a protection plan designed to provide you with extended warranty for your TVS iQube beyond the factory warranty.
Vehicles are eligible for Extended Warranty (EW) only if they meet both time and kilometre criteria as per the defined slabs, listed in Annexure.
This covers the replacement or repair of the parts listed in DMS Invoice due to any manufacturing defect, at the sole discretion of the manufacturer, as per terms and conditions mentioned in your owner's manual, policy document and T&C at the time of booking the vehicle. To avail the cashback reward, follow these steps:

  • Open the TVS Connect App

  • Click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner of the app to open the side menu.

  • Click on “Rewards” -> A scratch card appears on your screen.

  • Tap on the scratch card to claim the reward. On tapping, the amount of reward cashback & eligibility details are mentioned

  • Click on “Claim Reward”

  • Enter your Invoice Registered Mobile Number to receive the OTP for verification.

  • Enter the OTP in the space provided.

  • After verification of OTP, the Bank Details page will open.

  • On the Bank details page, ask the user to enter their Bank Account Number, IFSC Code and the Account Holder’s Name. Click on “Continue”.

  • Confirm your bank account details on the Bank Details Summary Page

  • Click Confirm

  • A message saying “Thank you for your Confirmation. Your bank details have been confirmed successfully.”

  • To check the Status of their cashback claim, users can login into the TVS Connect App -> Go to the side menu -> Click on “Rewards” -> A screen appears which shows the user the Status of their cashback claim.

  • The user will also receive a SMS Communication regarding the status of their cashback claim.

    Scenario: If the Bank account details submitted by the user is incorrect, the user will receive an SMS and will have to go to the Rewards section on the TVS Connect App and add the bank details again.

Once the user becomes eligible for cashback, a rewards card will be enabled in the Rewards Section which can be found in the side menu of the TVS Connect App.

Customers can track the status of their cashback payments using the steps mentioned below:

  • Click on the side-menu of the TVS Connect App

  • Select “Rewards”

  • A screen will be displayed where the user can check the status of their cashback claim. There are 3 statuses visible to the user namely:

    • Status-1: If the Status is “Reward under process”, then the users bank account details has been successfully processed and the user will receive the cashback in their selected bank account within 5-7 working days.

    • Status-2: If the Status on the app-screen is displayed as “Bank details are incorrect”, ask the user to click on the “Add Bank Details” CTA. Upon clicking on the CTA, the user will be asked to resubmit their Bank Account Details.

    • Status-3: If the Status on the app-screen is displayed as “Reward Credited Successfully”, then ask the user to check the bank statement of the bank account to check if the cashback that has been deposited in their account.

  • The user will receive a SMS Confirmation indicating Success/Failure of the correctness of the bank details submitted by them.

  • In case the user receives a SMS about incorrect bank details submitted, ask the user to Open the side menu on the TVS Connect App -> Go to the Loyalty Rewards section and Add the correct bank details again.

If the user is not receiving the OTP on the Invoice Registered Mobile Number please escalate to Customer Care with details of the VIN, Invoice Number.

The process of a User Onboarding their vehicle on the TVS Connect App is delinked with the Invoice Mobile number (DMS Mobile Number). Hence a user onboarded with a certain VIN on the TVS Connect App would be able to see the cashback and claim. The OTP would however come to the mobile number provided by the user on the invoice.

Within 5-7 days of the user submitting the correct bank account details, the user will receive the cashback. The user will receive the cashback in the bank account of which they have submitted details on the TVS Connect App.

  • Once the user has downloaded and installed the TVS Connect App, the user needs to launch the TVS Connect App.

  • To onboard the vehicle, the user needs to click on “Onboard TVS Vehicle or Accessory” card.

  • Then the user needs to tap on “Onboard a TVS Vehicle”.

  • Then, the user needs to enter the TVS registered mobile number which the user can find on the invoice copy.

  • After entering the mobile number, the user needs to click on “Continue”.

  • An OTP will be generated and sent to the mobile number entered in the previous step.

  • After entering the OTP, the user should be able to see the bike card with all the vehicle details.

  • Tap on the bike card and the “Continue” button gets enabled.

If customer has changed his mobile number, then customer can approach the dealership where he has purchased the vehicle and submit documents such as invoice copy, RC copy and Aadhar card. These details will be shared by the dealer to TVSM. Post verification of the documents submitted through dealerships, if the customer is an eligible customer, the refund will be initiated separately.
The charger refund is related to FAME 2 subsidy & since the FAME 2 subsidy was claimed by the primary purchaser, the refund shall also be applicable to the same. Also the principal transaction is between the company and the first/primary customer who purchased the iQube through the TVSM dealership and hence the refund can be initiated by TVSM only to the primary customer.
The Loyalty Benefit Programme is for customers who have booked the iQube/iQube S on or before 20th of May 2023.   • If exiting customer already has a connected subscription while purchasing the watch the one month complimentary subscription will not be valid for them. No extension of subscription are provided.

Once the full payment for the watch has been made it cannot be cancelled. The smartwatch is eligible for replacement only in case of manufacturing defects, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Cancellation, returns or refunds are not applicable unless the product is received damaged or defective.

Yes, the watch will received updates from the NoiseFit app

User is notified on the NoiseFit app about the available update. Follow the below steps to update

  • Connect your watch to the phone using the NoiseFit app. Open the NoiseFit app, go to settings, select Evolve 2 Play and then click on check for update. Follow the onscreen instructions to update your watch.
  • Check the network signal quality of the area where the user is located. The call signal may be poor if the network connection is not stable. Advise the user to try making calls in an open area with stable network connection.
  • If the issue persists, unpair your watch from the phone, then pair the watch with another phone, and try again. If issue can be well received, it indicates that there is an issue with your phone's Bluetooth. It is recommended that you change another phone. If the issue still persists, this is an issue with your watch's Bluetooth.

Takes a long time to update watch

  • Before updating, ensure that your watch battery level is above 80%.
  • The length of time required for an update can vary depending on the network performance. Ensure that you have a stable 3G/4G or Wi-Fi connection.
  • Over the air (OTA) updates require your phone to have a stable connection with your watch. The length of time required to finish the update depends on how long it takes to download the new version and Bluetooth transfer rate.
  • After the update package is transferred through the NoiseFit app, the wearable device needs to decompress and install the package. The update screen will be displayed on the wearable device. Wait for the device to restart after the installation has been completed successfully.

Connectivity

  • Does it support LTE or only Bluetooth?
    • The watch doesn’t have LTE. It relies on the Bluetooth connection with mobile device to have updated information
  • Will it work without a smartphone nearby?
    • Without the smartphone, the functionality will be limited to basic features of the watch as time and fitness. The TVS Connect related information will not be accessible.
  • Are video tutorials or user manuals available for setup and usage?
    • Yes, user manual will be there in packaging box. You can also watch video tutorials in the iQube website under TVS iQube Noise Smartwatch section.
