By placing a booking with Us, you express Your intention to purchase the vehicle specified by You (“Vehicle”) and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your purchase of the Vehicle and delivery by Us will be subject to Your compliance with the Terms hereunder and other applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.

1. The booking Amount of ₹ 5 000 shall be paid by You through the link provided on this Site. This shall be a non-interest bearing and will confirm Your booking. The same shall be construed as an offer from your end and shall be adjusted against payment of the final Vehicle price by You. Upon the receipt of the amount in the Bank Account of TVSM, we shall communicate the acceptance of the Booking, however, the acceptance of the Booking does not be construed as completion of the sale of the TVS iQube Electric vehicle as it is subject to the payment of balance amount, documentation requirements and terms and conditions.

2. The advance amount / booking amount paid by you will not attract any interest in what so ever manner even in case of the refund is sought by you for the reason of cancellation of the booking or if the advance amount / booking amount is adjusted to towards the full payment / cost of the Vehicle.

1. The Price displayed on the vehicle displayed, if any, on the website of TVSM is only the ex-showroom price of the vehicle. The On-Road price is subject to road tax, accessories charges etc., The final Vehicle price is the prevailing price as applicable on the date of intimation regarding final Vehicle payment. The balance sale price (i.e. balance sale consideration) shall be paid directly to the dealer(s) notified by TVSM.

2. Please take note that TVSM is only receiving the Booking Amount as a facilitator to promote the sale between the TVSM dealer and You. The actual transaction of the sale is a contract between You and the TVSM Dealer with whom you shall be making the payment of balance sale price.

3. TVSM shall not be responsible for any non-receipt of the Booking Amount to the Bank Account of TVSM due to technical or other reasons in the payment gateway or banking network issues

We/our dealer will communicate the estimated delivery period for Your Vehicle, and will make all commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Your Vehicle within the specified delivery period by the dealer notified by us. Any change or delay in the delivery period will be notified to You by Us / our dealer. We will not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses incurred/suffered by You due to delay in delivery of the Vehicle by Us. However, in the event of any delays, You may cancel and claim refund of Your Pre-Order Amount in accordance with these Terms.

1. You may edit/cancel your booking any time prior to your making full payment for your Vehicle to our dealer. We will endeavour to process refund of the Pre-Order Amount to You within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of your request for cancellation.

2. Please note that once You make the full payment for Your Vehicle, the sale shall be deemed as complete and You will not be able to edit/cancel Your booking or claim any refund of the purchase amount.

You acknowledge and agree that Your booking is for delivery of Vehicle only to You and You may not transfer or assign rights granted to You under these Terms to any third party.

We may require certain information and documents from You for processing Your booking, complying with statutory requirements, and/or conducting a site inspection for installation of the Vehicle charging station. You represent and warrant that all such information and documents will be true, complete and accurate. You will promptly notify Us of any change in the information provided to allow Us to update Our records. All collection, storage, use and disclosure of any information provided by You will be in accordance with Our Privacy Policy available at https//:www.tvsmotor.com/iqube

The Vehicle is available for booking or sale in such territories as may be designated by Us. You may not place a Booking for delivery of the Vehicle or request for installation of the charging station outside these territories.

These Terms are applicable to the Booking of the Vehicle. You acknowledge that purchase of Vehicle will be subject to such additional terms and conditions as may be prescribed by Us including without limitation, the TVS iQube General Terms and Conditions(collectively, the “Purchase Terms”). Such Purchase Terms are subject to change, and We recommend that You carefully read and understand all the prescribed Purchase Terms before proceeding with the purchase of the Vehicle and making the full payment.

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Your sole and exclusive remedy and Our aggregate and cumulative liability for any material breach under these Terms will be limited to refund of the Booking Amount in the amount of valid cancellation.

The Vehicle will in all material aspects be similar to the Vehicle presented or advertised in marketing or promotional campaigns. However, in view of Our endeavors to continuously innovate and improve Our products, We reserve the right to modify or alter the specifications, features and/or design of the Vehicle without prior notice and without any liability.

1. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform Our obligations under these Terms, where such delay or failure is due to any reasons beyond Our reasonable control.

2. In the event any of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of remaining provisions will not be affected or impaired thereby. These Terms will be subject to the laws of India and any dispute hereunder will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangaluru and New Delhi.

1. All safety precautions as prescribed have been taken to provide a safe home test ride experience to the customer.

2. Home Test Ride will be given only by the dealership that the customer has made the booking for.

3. Any request for change of dealership for home test ride will not be entertained.

4. Home Test rides are subject to availability of vehicle, and distance from the chosen dealership.

5. Home test ride facility available only for customer locations less than or equal to 25 kms from the dealership location.

1. All safety precautions as prescribed have been taken to provide a safe vehicle home delivery experience to the customer.

2. Vehicle Home Delivery will be given only the dealership that the customer has made the booking for.

3. Any request for change of dealership for vehicle home delivery will not be entertained.

4. Vehicle home delivery is a value added service, with an add-on service cost as per actuals quoted by the dealer

5. The customer is required to sign an all-clearance document upon delivery of vehicle confirming the same.

1. No Cost EMI or NCEMI

   2. NCEMI option is available for a tenure of 3 months & 6 months. However, you can also buy TVS iQube on EMI for longer tenure without offer on eligible cards.
