Terms and Conditions - TVS MotoSoul 2025

• You must register with accurate information via the official website of TVS Moto Soul, 2025
• Each ticket admits one person only.
• Tickets are for personal/private use only and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
• No duplicate tickets will be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
• A ticket shall not be a valid ticket if the barcode or hologram has been tampered with.
• Tickets are forfeited if not redeemed at the relevant event.
• Unauthorized Resale (or attempted resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without any refund or other compensation.
• Attempting to forge, duplicate, or sell fake tickets is a criminal offense and may lead to prosecution.
• Entry to the event requires a valid ticket and a government-issued photo ID.
• This is a wristband access event. In case wristbands are removed or tampered, no replacement wristband be issued and you might not be allowed to stay inside the event premise without a valid wristband.
• All attendees may be subject to security checks/searches while entering the event.
• Age Policy: Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. You are responsible for any minors you bring to the event.
• Access or entry to any attendee may be refused or revoked for illegal, disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant behaviour.
• It is prohibited to bring illegal substances, dangerous items, unapproved marketing material, private sound systems, or pets.
• Alcohol will be served to guests who are above the legal drinking age (LDA) and on displaying valid age proof. LDA bands will be provided separately on providing necessary document of age proof at the venue.
  Line up of performers and billed attractions are subject to change.
  Changes to performers, schedules, or programming do not entitle you to a refund.
• There is NO storage facility available at the event.
  The event is subject to government permission. In case the permissions are not granted and the event is cancelled, a full refund shall be issued.
• Reschedule or change in date of the event does not entitle you to a Refund of the ticket price.
  - Organizers or any of its agents, officers, or employees shall not be responsible for any injury or damage to life and property, theft, losses or cost suffered by you during the event or inside the event premise by any manner whatsoever. 
• Parking near or at the festival premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. The organizer will not hold responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the stipulated parking premises of the festival.
• Consumption and sale of illegal substances are strictly prohibited and are criminal offence which may lead to prosecution.
• Carrying of Arms, ammunition, eatables, bottled water, beverages and alcohol are not allowed from outside the festival. Food and beverages will be available inside the festival at a price.
• Organisers encourage attendees to drink responsibly and in moderation at their own risk.
• First aid/medical facilities will be provided, however,  You consent to emergency medical care and transport at your own cost if required
• Organizers assumes no liability for medical care actions or consequences.
• Persons suspected of carrying items that are offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the event premise may be searched and if required, can be taken out of the event premise.
• By attending, you consent to the Organizers to the use of your image, voice, and likeness across all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto without compensation.
• Organizers may record and use the event footage for any purpose as it may deem fit and proper
• Photos/videos are permitted for personal use only; professional equipment and drones require prior approval.
• Unauthorized sponsorships, promotional activity, or merchandise sales are not permitted inside the event premise.
• You must comply with all venue rules, Indian laws, and lawful instructions.
• You are liable for any damage or loss caused to property, venue, or other individuals.
• Keep the venue clean and dispose of waste responsibly.
• Admission may be denied or revoked without compensation for safety violations or rule breaches.
• Attendance may expose you to loud sounds, bright lights, and dense crowds.
• You agree to indemnify the Organizers for any liability caused by your breach of these Terms or unlawful acts.
• No refunds are due for cancellations caused by uncontrollable events.
• Personal data may be collected and used in accordance with Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
• Data may be shared with affiliates/service providers with protective measures in place.
• The maximum liability of Organizers is capped at the cost of your ticket.
• Jurisdiction: Disputes are subject to Indian law and arbitration in Chennai. Courts in Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction if arbitration fails.
• Organizers may amend these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
• Official notices to Organizers must be sent by post; notices to you will be sent via the registered email.
• Organizers may assign its rights and obligations to third parties; you may not assign yours.
• If any clause of these Terms is invalid, the remainder will still apply.
• Only written waivers from Organizers are valid.
• The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, taking out the holder/s of the ticket from the event premise after they have entered.
• Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check your total amount before payment.
• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Important Disclaimer:

• - Possession, sale and dealing in Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances attract stringent punishments under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 which ranges from 6 months up to 20 years imprisonment and fine up to Rupees Two Lakhs.
• - Consumption of the narcotic drug or psychotropic substance (cocaine, morphine, diacetylmorphine or any other narcotic drug) or any psychotropic substance is liable for rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to Twenty Thousand rupees; or with both under NDPS Act, 1985.
