Returns/Refund as an option is provided by sellers under their return/refund policy in which the option of exchange/replacement or refund is offered to the customers by the respective sellers.

Returns/Refund are applicable only on prepaid transactions on the official e-Commerce website of TVS Motor Company.
All products listed under a particular category might not have the same return policy. For such products, the policy on the respective product page shall prevail over the general return policy.

Orders can be cancelled within the following timelines:
|All products||Within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment is done, whichever is earlier|
Products will be checked for the following conditions during pick-up
|Correct Product||Brand/Serial number/Article number/Bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible. Do include received bills as well for reference|
|Complete Product||All in-the-box accessories, freebies and combos (if any) should be present|
|Unused Product||The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable)|
|Undamaged Product||The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes|
|Undamaged Packaging||Product's original packaging/box should be undamaged|
The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days after the product is received at the seller warehouse.
Customer is entitled to claim a refund of the Transaction Price (as his sole and exclusive remedy) in case he does not receive the delivery within the time period agreed in the transaction or within the time period as provided in the Policies, whichever is earlier.
In case customer does not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time then the transaction will be ineligible for a refund.
No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
Refunds are not eligible for cases where the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address and/or there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/ or the package is refused by the recipient.
In order to be eligible for a free replacement/exchange, an item must be within the return window and in stock with same seller (exact same item). Free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original item is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:
For any of the above, the customer should send image/video proof with 24 hours of receiving the product before requesting for Replacement/Exchange. Images/Videos can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID/Invoice number.
In case refund is opted for a prepaid transaction, money would be refunded/returned to the actual mode of payment. No request for change of mode of refund would be entertained.
