INDIA BAJA

India Baja is the official Indian franchise of the Dakar Rally which is globally acknowledged as the toughest motorsport event. The Cross Country Rally will comprise of 400 km of extremely harsh Special Stages in addition to over 150 km of Transport Stages. This year, a 6-member strong team riding the RTR 450 will take on the harsh terrains extreme conditions at Rajasthan.

India Baja 2018 begins on 17th August.

Part of Baja ARAGÓN 2018 team

Started developing interests in riding at very young age.

He was only 8 years old when he competed for Spanish Motocross Championship.

Champion in Enduro World Championship, EWC EJ 2010.

Champion NAT ES XCOUNTRY 2014.

Champion NAT ES E1 2015.

Enduro Junior World Champion 2010.

Finished 2nd at Desert Storm 2018.

Armed with a podium finish at Desert Storm earlier this year, Lorenzo is ready to re-join the team for Baja Aragon 2018.

Bangalore, India

Age: 33 years

Riding for TVS Racing since 2007.

Won Dakshin Dare 2017 in Class – A 600cc category.

Winner of Indian National Rally Championship in Group A.

Participates in rally and supercross events.

Winner of Raid De Himalaya rally in 2013 and 2014.

Won Desert Storm rally in 2011, 2012 and 2016.

Won Dakshin Dare rally in 2011 and 2012.

Won the Group B and Group C National Supercross championship in 2016.

Nataraj is currently the leader of National Rally championship 2017.

AW Tanveer

Mysore, India

Age: 26 years

Riding for TVS Racing since 2013. Participates in rally and supercross events.

Won Raid de Himalaya 2017 in Group A.

Won rally and supercross championships in 2016 in Group A category.

Won championship 2015 in Group C category.

Trained extensively in Europe for rally riding and navigation.

Won Indian Baja rally 2017 and gained the eligibility to ride in Dakar rally. He made his debut in Merzouga rally event and finished in 27th position.

Harith Noah

Shoranur, India

Age: 24 years

Riding since 2012 for TVS Racing.

Winner of Round 5, Indian National Supercross Championship 2017 in Group A.

Participates in supercross events.

Won 3 National championships in India.

Trained extensively in the USA to finetune his riding for the motocross championship.

Harith is currently leading the Group A category of National Supercross Championship 2017.

Imran Pasha

Mysore, India

Age: 21 years

Riding for TVS Racing since 2017

Participate in Rally and supercross events

Won 3 out of 3 races participated in Indian National Rally Championship 2016 in Group B up to 165cc up to 260cc category

Promising future talent both in rally and supercross racing events.

Winner of Indian National Supercross Championship 2017 in Group C - Novice.

Shimoga, India

Age: 31 years

Riding for TVS Racing since 2016

Participates in Rally and supercross events

Won Desert storm, Raid De Himalaya and Indian Baja rally 2016

Won Indian National Rally Championship 2016 in Group B up to 165cc category

Won 2 out of 3 races participated in Indian National Rally Championship 2016
