Fast charging impacts the lifespan of Li-ion

from the date of purchase or 4000 km of riding, whichever is

during service. Depending on the maintenance schedule or the amount

The extended warranty scheme for TVS Orbiter is a protection plan

beyond the factory warranty.
This covers the replacement or repair of the parts listed in DMS
Invoice due to any manufacturing defect, at the sole discretion of
the manufacturer, as per terms and conditions mentioned in your
owner's manual, policy document and T&C at the time of booking the

Customers can track the status of their cashback payments
using the steps mentioned below:

displayed as “Bank details are incorrect”, ask the

ask the user to check the bank statement of the bank
account to check if the cashback that has been

You will receive a SMS Confirmation indicating
Success/Failure of the correctness of the bank details

In case you receive a SMS about incorrect bank details
submitted, you can open the side menu on the TVS
SmartXonnect App -> Go to the Loyalty Rewards section and

The process of onboarding your vehicle on the TVS SmartXonnect App
is delinked with the Invoice Mobile number (DMS Mobile Number).
Hence a user onboarded with a certain VIN on the TVS SmartXonnect
App would be able to see the cashback and claim. The OTP would
however come to the mobile number provided by the user on the
invoice.
Within 5-7 days of the user submitting the correct bank account
details, you will receive the cashback. You will receive the
cashback in the bank account of which you have submitted details on
the TVS SmartXonnect App.
Once the full payment is completed, the invoice will be immediately
sent to your registered email ID. If the payment is made at a
dealership, a hard copy will also be provided on the spot.
