2. All TVS Ronin customers who bought the bike between 1st Jul 2022 till 6th May 2024 shall be eligible to refer a maximum of three successful referrals.

3. All eligible Ronin customers will get their unique referral code and referral link that can be shared among friends and family.

4. Referee & Referrer both will be eligible to coupon code worth Rs 3500 redeemable against purchase made in TVS M&A Ecommerce site. They shall be eligible only upon referee completes the purchase indicated by invoicing on or before 31st May 2024 of TVS Ronin across any TVS Dealership across Pan India.

5. Referrer shall be get at maximum three coupon codes for three successful referrals (Successful referral - referee completes the purchase indicated by invoicing on or before 31st May 2024 of TVS Ronin across any TVS Dealership across Pan India).

7. This campaign (Refer-A-Ronin) (hereinafter referred to as campaign) is held by TVS Motor Company Limited (TVSM), the third large automobile manufacturers in India.

8. There is no cash alternative, and the coupon code is non-transferable.

9. Coupon code will be valid till 30/08/2024.

10. The Campaign will go live on 17th May 2024 and shall be valid till midnight of 31th May 2024.

13. By entering the Campaign, the Participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

14. Entries received after the closing dates shall not be entertained.

15. TVSM reserves the right to change/ modify the terms and conditions of this offer or to withdraw this offer at any point in time if circumstances arise beyond our control.

16. TVSM are not responsible for any in gift delivery delay that occurs for reasons outside our control.

17. Employees of TVSM and their relatives and business associates are not eligible to take part in this Campaign.

18. TVSM shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel the Campaign in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/ cancellation at the earliest.

19. TVSM is not responsible for participant not being able to understand the Campaign mechanics or for his/ her interpretation of the same. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

20. TVSM has the sole right to disqualify any entries/ if the same is not in compliance with the Terms and conditions herein specified or any further applicable laws, regulation/ or any policies that may be specified by TVSM.

21. All taxes, if any, which will be incurred by the participants and/ or winner will be borne by the participants and/ or winners alone and TVSM shall not be liable to bear the same. The participants and/ or winners undertake deposit the same with designated TVSM Authorised Dealership.

22. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a Partnership or Agency between participants and TVSM and participants shall have no authority to bind TVSM in any manner whatsoever.

23. TVSM accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or any Third Parties.

24. In no event TVSM shall be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, its services under this Terms and Conditions (however arising, including negligence). TVSM shall not be responsible for any Product or Service liability of any kind.

25. If the operation of the Campaign (including without limitation the operation of the internet/ telephone system) or the Campaign is prevented by Force Majeure event, TVSM may cancel all or any part of the Campaign without any liability to any person whatsoever.

26. Any disputes, issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Campaign, the terms and conditions, rights and obligations of the participants shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of the Campaign or the terms and conditions.
