Accelerating the fast growth and expanding the product base of the trading business, Getu Tefera Import and Export entered in two wheelers and its spare parts import and distribution business in the year 2002. This business relation is established with one of the largest two and three wheelers manufacturing TVS Motor Company Limited from Tamil Nadu, India registered office. This product introduction put the trading business to take the leading position in introducing the TVS brand in Ethiopia. TVS Company is the third largest two-wheelers manufacturer in India and among the top ten in the world.
Moreover, Getu Tefera Import and Export started assembly of TVS motorcycles by importing completely knocked down parts (CKD) in order to deliver high quality products into the market with reasonable price and helping the country transformation in to industry lead economy and creating high job opportunities.
