why in paid service, not checking the brake pads??

after my paid service, with in a week break pads completely worn out, making marks on disc. when asked in service center they said they won't check break until there is an issue.. that is they didn't check the break.. why need service, without checking break.. i mean WTF.... IS THERE ANY OTHER COMPANY WHO DIDN'T CHECK THE BRAKE DURING SERVICE.. PLZ LET ME KNOW.. THANKS.. 😁
