How to reset service due reminder after the periodic servicing in done?

TVS service centre mechanics dont know much about smart connect and they don't reset the service due reminder even after service is completed. kindly educate them on how to work on smart connect.

i am also facing same issue, dealership they dont aware of most of the future . they are really zero on smart connect how can i reset ??
