Shift indicator shows only down shift arrow not up shift

I have RTR200 4v 2021 model with R modes l. my shift indicator always show only the doen shift indicator but not upshift arrow. I went to showroom and updated the ECU but still not working.

i have engine noise problem, Also Ecu update bit still not sopve this proboem very cheap and Worst bike 2004v

upshift arrow appears at 6k-7k rpm in urban/rain mode and 9k rpm at sports mode, upshiift indication is only for aggressive acceleration
