    • Press and hold two buttons on the side of speedo to activate the Bluetooth on the console, then look for the _____ on your device. Click on the name to pair the console with your device.     • TVS Ronin comes with web configurator, which enables you to select accessories of your choice and lets you design your TVS Ronin as per your choice. You can select from the list of individual accessories or you can also select from the pre curated kits. You also get to see your accessorized vehicle in AR/VR mode before placing the order.
    • When you select a vehicle, dealership and on click of “book now”, you will be prompted to login or register to proceed with payment and booking. Alternately, you can click on “Register” link to register yourself by providing required details.

    • Your name, mobile number and email address are required to register on our website. Mobile OTP will be sent to login, you can use OTP method in future using the same mobile number. Kindly note that the mobile number shall be verified through OTP for authenticity and to ensure security.
    • This may happen when a user account with the same mobile number already exists in on our website. Please login using the same mobile number.
    • Yes, your login used during the time of placing order will be same for accessing the community post you have done the purchase. Entering chassis number is mandatory to access the community and join groups.
    • No, you cannot book a vehicle without registering & logging in. Login is mandatory with verified mobile number to place an order online.
    • No. You are not allowed to book multiple quantities online.
    • If your booking has failed due to non-payment or any other reasons, you may book a vehicle again. If any money has been deducted from your account, it shall be refunded to you usually within 5-7 working days.
    • The booking amount paid online shall be adjusted at the time of final payment. The net final payment details are available against your booking on the website. Alternately, you can also reach out to your selected dealership to pay the remaining amount.

    • Yes, you can cancel your booking, by logging on to the website. You can visit “my bookings” and from there can cancel your order.
    • You can cancel your order any time before the final payment has been made. Once the final payment is completed you cannot cancel the order.
    • You can become a part of TVS Ronin community by registering on to TVS Connect app or on website and entering the chassis number of your vehicle. You can then go to community option from the hamburger menu. You can then apply for the group from your city, post verification TVS admin will add you to the group.

    • No, as on now you cannot join the TVS Ronin group, you can though login with the help of your mobile number to access the platform and common discussion points.
    • If your city group is not available on the TVS Ronin community, you can initiate the creation of group to TVS admin, once the adequate number of riders initiates the city group creation your city group will be created and intimated to you.
    • It is mandatory for you to be a part of group before you can start participating for rides.
