dear , this is my 3rd vehicle from TVS family and I will happy with last 2 vehicle, but I purchase this with 92000₹ and after 1 year it's fuel pump is not working and I have to pay another 2200 rs for that. I regular change my oil and also took paid service to avoid any other future circumstances and then also I have to pay this amount. this is very disappointed to me.

I have purchased jupiter in March 2019. We have get all the services done from TVs workshop. Now they claim the engine is having problem and the need to open engine and the expense will be around 2000/- My point is if the services are done by company and item in guarantee then why customer have to pay. I have got hp printer and it head was making problem the company replaced without a asking penny from us. If we need to pay what is the sense of guarantee.

Hi, I have purchased TVS Jupiter 125cc in March 2022. In June headlight and all digital indicators and meters are not working. I have visited 4, 5 times at showroom but they given again and again excuses "we have not available parts, we are written in list, still not available" etc. Regarding that i raised a complain on tvs customer care and tvs showroom too, but they still they not taken any action to repair my TVS Jupiter 125cc. i have purchase Apache 4V 160 by Aug 2021 , With in the 3rd month chain sprocket make noisy ,Many of the times i went to service show room at cuddalore Raj vijay TVS. I have proper maintenance for chain sprocket , every 500km or 10 days one time i went service centre make lube to chain and adjustment , Now almost 1 years gone , I am repeatedly complaint raised to TVS but still no response .It will be come under warranty ?
