In the last part, we explained how to choose the right bike for yourself. In this part, we'll look at specific TVS Apache motorcycles for specific requirements. Now, should you want something to use on the track, there are enough options, and from TVS Motors, there's the flagship Apache RR 310 - a motorcycle that will thrill you with its sharp handling and explosive performance. It looks like a full-blown superbike, and is even sized like one. For the head turning looks and thrilling performance it offers, the Apache RR 310 is quite well priced, at Rs. 2.5 lakh, ex-showroom. If you want a bare basic commuter, there are motorcycles that start from just Rs. 50,0000-60,000. But buying something that's better equipped is a great idea as you get some useful features such as a single channel supermoto ABS and a powerful engine that makes overtaking safe. A great option from TVS Motors is the Apache RTR 160 4V, which is a great commuter motorcycle that starts from about Rs. 1 lakh. Now, if you want a wee bit of extra performance, you could expand your budget by about 20 % and go for the TVS Apache RTR 180, another sporty motorcycle that will serve you well as both a commuter and a highway machine. Finally, don't forget to take a test ride! This is super critical, and a factor that can go a long way to build a happy relationship with your motorcycle. Once you’ve zeroed in on one or more motorcycles, do take a test ride of the motorcycle. If a short test ride is not enough, consider renting one or borrowing from friends or family.
