While the previous Showa telescopic forks offered manual pre-load adjustability, TVS Racing engineers appear to have concluded that a robust fixed USD forks with factory level calibration refined through countless hours on track outweighs manual adjustability.

It also gets a Hydroformed single-piece handlebar, replacing the clip-on bars. It is a technical upgrade that boosts Apache RTR 200 4V’s sharp handling, riding comfort and are more durable than the clip-on handlebars.
