Mr Dua is an honours graduate of St. Stephen’s College with a Master’s degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. He founded Dua Associates, Advocates & Solicitors over thirty years ago. He is currently the Chairman of the firm and engaged in providing strategic advice and direction for its further growth and development.
Mr Dua’s experience covers a broad range of areas relating to Corporate and Commercial matters, Corporate Finance, Securities, Infrastructure and aspects of Public Policy and Administration, Governance and Ethics.
He is the Chairman of the Board of Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited and also acts as an Independent Director on the board of several companies. He is a founding member of the American Chamber of Commerce in India and an invitee to its National Executive Board.
