Apache 160 4v bs4 model issue with battery charger

Hi,i m Kamlesh pal from goregaon,mumbai,Maharashtra having issue that battery was not charging while bike start with my apache. Had done conversations with service centre (tvs autorace automotive,goregaon west)they told me they are already ordered that part but since 2 mth no product arrived yet. I already paid advance some amt.and now i feel frustrated that every time i call and they r saying parts not available. If these kind of small and regular parts is not available even taking two mth who will on trust on tvs brand. Hope u understand.
