Hi Parnab, please check the following in this case, 1.Battery saver needs to deactivate for the TVS Connect App 2. Please unlock the TVS Connect app in TAB menu (Recent Apps) 3.If not connected, as a customer, do logout from all devices and try relogging. Regards, TVS Community.
