my bike navigation not working

I find it really odd and i don't appreciate the fact that we got to pay for a software update when we've paid so much for the bike already. It also gets to me that it's not cheap for a software update. It costs an upward of 700 bucks... What makes the things worse is the fact that I've already bought the update and it says invalid order ID and doesn't let my vehicle updated latest software and the service center people say that I need to buy it again!

you can try updating the tvs app and can add your documents in the app and sync it with the bike
