I purchased apache 1604v but didn't got the healmet the from showroom

I purchased my bike recently, neither I got a helmet nor the price was deducted from the price of the bike. This is really not acceptable. How am I supposed to go home after buying a bike without a helmet

as per central vehicle act 1989 rule 138 sub section(4)f. two wheeler companies should provide twoBIS helmet to every two wheeler buyer.it is compulsory to provide helmet to the buyers, with free of cost, means it's include with basic cost as per Maharashtra order.

I recently purchased just 2-4 Days ago Apache RTR 160 4v Special Edition but Didn't got Xpod Helmet and no extra Accessories leaving Bike cover please help me out.

i got TVS Xpod helmet

It depends on the city where you purchased. some cities have offers to get XPod helmet with a rtr160 or above. Rest you get whatever the showroom has. I would suggest you to buy your own helmet and deduct the helmet cost from the purchase.

for kerala Karnataka tamil nadu and Gujarat in these states tvs company it self will provide xpods helmets for rtr series and rr series
