Apache RTR 200 Starting Problem

I Have purchase Apache RTR 200 4v and its causing a delay in starting whenever I start it from kill switch it takes a jerk and then starts I also wait for the Fuel pump sound to go off and them start the bike But when I start the bike from key after turning off the whole bikes then turning it on, the it starts in one go
