TVS APACHE RTR 2004V engine shutting off while riding

it's been about 10 months since I purchased the bike and one consistent problem I face with the vehicle is the engine cuts off while riding especially at slow speed while the clutch is engaged for a downshift it is pretty annoying, even the service centre isn't able to rectify the issue or find the cause, I presume my bike is still in the warranty so I want the issue to be solved as it is quite embarrassing when the bike shuts off in the traffic by no fault of my own.
