cranky sound while riding the bike...more pronounced on deceleration

i am having RTR4 2004V bs6 with modes..Till now crossed 5500km + in a span of 9 months... for the last two months i am having cranky sound while riding the bike...it clearly comes from the rear wheel ... i went to TVS service centre thrice and mentioned this issue..they said chain became tight and chain needs to be cleaned...even after three times,issus not rectified.. I am hearing more sound during deceleration when nearing speed brakers & riding with pillion... is it due to chain slacknees or from the silencer or from the rear disc??.. OR THE CHAIN GUIDER NEEDS REPLACEMENT NEED EXPERT OPINION... BY THE WAY, SERVICE CENTER GUYS TIRED THEIR BEST AND RESPONDED ME VERY WELL..
