I have rtr 200 4v bs6 version. When I connect the bike to the app, after the screen lock, the app gets automatically disconnected. I had allow all the permission and remove the background restriction also. I dont know how to solve this. Please help me...

Hi Parnab, please check the following in this case, 1.Battery saver needs to deactivate for the TVS Connect App 2. Please unlock the TVS Connect app in TAB menu (Recent Apps) 3.If not connected, as a customer, do logout from all devices and try relogging. Regards, TVS Community.
