Rude customer service.

I asked for side mirror for my apache 200 bs4 in couple of service centres and they said they dont have.So I contacted customer service and the person rudely said just go to the showroom and ask for the part number or direct part and disconnected.Totally disappointed.They dont even have basic accessories in service centres and ask us about the part numbers.
