Shaw TVS in kolkata kept my bike for more than 2 weeks, washed & polished, with engine oil change and charge me ₹4181.
The technician hired for RR310 denied duty and other mechanic was hammering my engine. I wish I would have known how your warranty of 5 years work after 1st year ends.
Now I totally understand why nobody wants to visit service center after the free service. Please stop being so cheap. I totally regret owning a TVS band vehicle. Where you all hire fox to eat flesh and blood of the innocent customer that fall into your trap. Pathetic after sale service and they claim to be no. 1.
For cluster upgrade you guys charge me ₹700 extra and your technician and company claimed that they can't do it!
They why ask for money if you are incapable to do the work assigned?

This is what I got after being scammed.
