leak in newly added master cylinder

hello Apachians, I ride a rtr 2004v bs6 2021model and recently my front master cylinder was changed and I claimed it under warranty, but I see there is leakage of dot3 oil from the master cylinder. So I feel that the service center has only repaired the old master cylinder instead of replacing it. so how do I approach this kind of situation from service center. Is this how all service centers do. Is this how TVS treats its customer could someone help me what should be my next approach as I see the brake fluid is reducing Thanks in advance to all Apachians out there to help.
