Apache 160v - stops if slowed down and doesn't start

hi all My apache rtr 160 4v is having this issue from last 2 months if slowed it stops and doesn't start. sometimes it doesn't start at all. there's a weird sound (dhuk dhuk and it stops) and silencer gives a loud sound and it starts. went to the service centre they changed the carburettor but issue persists. the ODO is at 15000 kms only bike is 3 years old. what could be the issue
