My iPhone is not connecting to the bike but android phone is connecting.

My phone connects to all other Bluetooth devices, but doesn't connect with my bike ( RTR 200 4v). I don't know what's the issue. Before it worked fine. Can anyone help me with this issue.

the most you can do is to wait for the release of new version of the tvs connect app .

I reported the same issue . I see they have considered this and worked to solve it in beta version ( expected to update soon on App Store)on tvs connect app. Earlier I thought it’s hardware issue but it’s all software issue with ios .

same issue for me too with RTR 200. In phone its showing connected, but in bike its not. Tried by removing from phone Bluetooth and connected from beginning. but still the same.

Forget the connection and reconnect it from the start. I was also facing the same problem with my RR 310. After removing my bike from iPhone and removing my iPhone from the bike and then reconnect and pair from the start solved the issue.
