My new RTR 200 4V BS6 is getting off automatically

My new RTR 200 4V Bs6 is getting off automatically. i am having this issue from the beginning it self. When I initially asked the service center executive he told the issue was due to clutch adjustment. But the issue is occurring in neutral condition. My bikes 1st service has been done and this time the service center executive said there is an issue with my bikes ECU and it needs to be replaced along with cam shaft and rocker arm. can you pls explain why these parts needs to be replaced...?
