I have recently bought new rtr 200 dual abs with ride modes.. But from day 1 I am unable to use navigation it says MAC ID ID NOT VALID AND INVALID SPEEDOMETER. Have informed ro showroom also but no update from them. Kindly help

I brought TVS Raider smartxonnect and facing same issues invalid speedometer and mac_id not found not get any help still now from TVS after so many contact customer care or mailing. Always say u have to still wait their support team call back me, but nothing. Now I am frustrated. Vary bad experience with tvs support.

it's only 1 day right? you need to wait untill your bike gets registered on your phone number.....then it works properly after I got the message that use tvs app I downloaded not before
