Navigation system is not working properly through TVS connect by using bluetooth in Apache RTR 200 4V

I am able to connect TVS connect to my Apache RTR through bluetooth. But when I select navigation, after selecting required destination, if I press 'GO' button I get following error messages. " mac id is not valid" and "invalid speedometer " and not able to connect. I purchased this vehicle in Nov 2019 and completed 38600 KMs. Apart from 5 free services, I have got it done 9 paid services. This issue was noticed by me at the time of 3rd paid service and I brought this issue to the knowledge of service persons from 3rd paid service to 9th paid service, but it is not attended properly and not rectified, as I felt some lac of knowledge or training to the service people on this kind of technological issue related to the vehicle. If anybody having solution, kindly help

I have recently bought a TVS Apache 160 4v Special Edition. I am facing a Problem in bluetooth connection.When I start the bike then easily bluetooth gets connected. The features are not visible on the screen of the bike after riding for a while.

I am facing the same problem with Jupiter ZX smart connect model. I have reached out to TVS support, they routed to TVS connect app service team. Even then it hasn't been fixed. Faulty product launched, by TVS. Will keep in mind for my next purchase, won't be going with TVS bikes for sure.
