Model: TVS Apache RTR 160 4v HP 2021 model. Service dealer: Sri Pandian Motor, Madurai. The engine often off while driving the bike. Because of this I am at risk of having an accident. So I had left my bike at Sri Pandian Motor Madurai on 04/ 04 /2023 for Services. I said that the bike's engine shuts off while it is running. They did not fix the same problem before many times. Didn't fix it this time either. They replaced the TOOL KIT(Spark Plug, Air Filter) with a new one. Its price is 500 rupees. They said that if TOOL KIT(Spark Plug, Air Filter) changed, the problem of the engine stopping of the two-wheeler will not recur. But again the engine of the two-wheeler engine running off came up with more problems. After one week 11/04/2023 (bike run less than 200 km) i took my bike to same service dealer for same bike running engine off problem. Again they changed the TOOL KIT(Spark Plug, Air Filter). Again they billed 500 ruppes. But the problem not solved. Why they again changed the TOOL KIT(Spark Plug, Air Filter) After April 04 service the bike not even run 200 km. I asked to Sri Pandian Motors Manager about this, he didn't give proper answer. All workers working in Sri Pandian Motors are careless, half-baked, not responsible. They are unfit for this job. They making me fool and like that many people. They cheating the customers. Take severe action on manager and Arun Pandian worker.

I have purchase TVS Apache RTR 1604V in the starting of August 2021. Since the purchase I have been nothing it's milage is very poor, not only this it also have software problem and starting problem. For the same reasone I visit my nearest authorise TVS service center which is Universal Tvs service center(land mark Bigboss resturant in China town kolkata) But every time they exqueses for many thing but my main and prior problem is not resolve. So now I decided to complain against your company and after that sell this bike share to everyone to not to purchase this bike any more. very third class company and also a third class service center.

It was my worst experience of my life in customer service with a TVS agency in chandigarh (Nik Auto Links LLP) while I bought TVS Ronin on 10th August 2022. 1. Nobody explained me about bike features and specifications while I took delivery. They promised to give me a special gift kit with bike but no recieved till date. 2. I got number plate when I called so many times to agency people. 3. Main issue was RC preparation which I didn't recieved till 6 months. 4. There is Mr. Rakesh (RC department in agency) who make me fool for almost 6 months for preparation of RC. 5. I followed up for RC on a daily basis with TVS RC staff and Agency owner Mr. Nitin Gupta but there were only excuses and nothing else. 6. From Top to Bottom , fake people are working there who did wrong promises with the clients. 7. I spend almost 2 Lac for this bike and took tension for a long. 8. Agency people uploaded my documents on 25th Jan 2023 when I personally went to RC office sector 42 (Hocky Stadium) and got to know that TVS agency people are making me fool from last 6 months related to RC preparation as they were not in touch with RC office. I personally finalised my documents with RC office and got prepared my RC. 9. Later I got to know on Google reviews that there are so many persons who have same issues. 10. To my knowledge, this is one of the worst agency with fake people (staff and owner). 11. I went to the agency to get done the 1st service but there is no proper procedure for that. Timing is from 9am onwards but employees came after 9.30am and there was no system to serve on first come first done basis. After servicing I was not satisfied. Please see their Google reviews and enquire in to the matter and take necessary action. I recommend to find another vendor to work for the company as a new agency otherwise the customers will not go to buy TVS bikes at Chandigarh and may change their mind for another bike. I purchased a new Apache RTR 160 4v . After a one month front brake is not working properly . When I was went for 1 service I told that guy very clearly my brake making noise he said that it's come Bezos it's new and now it's not working . I registered a complaint last 6 days ago .but there is still not response from there .... Very very bad experience from TVS . I will never suggest any to go through with TVS .

have done servicing for my TVS Jupiter vehicle from TVS Shelar Pune for 3 days and my vehicle registration no is MH12-RH-6305. But this dealer has given the very worst service. They not doing the proper serving and other things even the executive also not showing whether the problem is solved or not at the time of delivery.... They are many communication gaps between the Technical, Manager, and service advisor. e.g. Brake overhauling, Cluth overhauling. first Advisor told me 250, and 350 and told me before the 1-month charges are increased but when I told to the manager he told me before 6 months. If you have an AMC Bandhan coupon they targetting bill of at least 800+ and mention anything in the bill which is not required to change. They also told me these charges finalised by TVS company. is this correct?Brake overhauling 250.00, Cluth overhauling 350.00 They also not checked the battery, plug, or even Enginue/break oil top also not done, washing as well. Now my vechicle many times not starting through the battery. My wife using this vehicle. I have a question to TCS company how she will start using cick? Same thing I have done servicing Oct-22 and after serving 3-4 times they tod me to come again in the service center I think they just washing and giving vachciles to customer and they also taking too much amoutn when customer have paid service scheme. They just want at least 800+ bill when if paid service they are taking different different changres. I have many times given complaint against this servie center but TVS compnay also not taking any action against them.

Hai I m using Tvs Ntorq scooter last 3 years I given service centre BM motor TVs Ranipet regularly. Last service was done Feb 8 th evening bike handover to me 9 th Feb I drive the bike just 2 kms after my scooter back wheel removed I was meet accident after I called service centre they are come and taking my bike but not service properly again . I am really very very disappointed. Showroom manager and other staff not proper response. My bike also spoiled . I want exchange my bike best price . I believe TVS giving me good solution. I bought TVS Scooty in 2021 and after one month I got my RC in which my father name was incorrect I visited Om TVS Faridabad and asked them to do correction they took my RC and told me to come after one more month since then I have visited at least 20-30 time to om TVS for my RC but till problem not get resolved despite of several assurance
