Riding modes button stopped working and Bike is turning off immediately while riding

The initial problem was bike was automatically switching off in the lower gear riding and also in neutral I took it service station.. They updated the ECU and riding modes button stopped working from then... Then they updated the ecu again... Now also it is not working..... I don't have a solution for this now.... My bike just completed 2k kilometer's.... now even the bike switching off problem is also not resolved.
