raise a complaint against TVS and contact your dealership for HR contact, also try to change the service center, you might have to go some far but it might be work where main outlet is there, I prefer Pune one as per my experience with my friends bike. also the diagnosis tool must be used for BS6 TO check all the censors, some Service centre avoid it and when asked they say it's not mandatory. but it is

my 160 4v special edition is having chain noise problem. when bike is off and we push ibike, it makes tak tak sound as if something is breaking. also front disc makes sound like front mudguard is loose though its well fitted. please help resolve these issues as even after 3rd service problem continues
