ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE POLICY

When i called to the toll free number of road side assistance policy he told me that your bike is not under our road side assistance policy. for that purpose if your vehicle broke down within 40km radius from service station there is a chargea of Rs:2210. I asked how much we have to pay annually for road side assistance policy. Is it true to have to be registered under road side assistance policy under TVS?

My TVs Jupiter zx got breakdown in the middle of the road which is merely rode 3500km when I called RSA TEAM they i have to pay extra charges beyond 25 km They never told me about hidden truth When we buying the product what to do
