RSA for new bikes

I have an Rtr200 bs6 and vaguely remember TVS started providing free RSA for RTR and RR310 from BS6. I do not remember the details. Can anyone confirm if RSA is provided and if so for how long for RTR200?

This is Very bad with the Towing people saying they cannot enter into andhra Border where i situated is in Karnataka and andhra Border so what is the purpose of having the RSA if you are not supporting for the other States. And the towing people asking for around 1500 to enter into the Border where i stay is around 1 km away
