RTR 200 4V Self-Start problem

It's been almost 1.5 year I have brought my APACHE RTR 200 4V (2020 Model).. Since then I'm facing a Self-Start issue. Whenever I try to start the bike it doesn't start on one attempt, I have to click the Self-Start button again and on 2nd or 3rd time it starts. Note: When Engine is cool (in case of Cold start) it starts with just on 1st attempt. but when the engine is warm enough then it start causing this issue. In traffic jams whenever I turn off the engine it makes me anxious thinking "when I have to start the engine it gonna take atleast 2- 3 attempt to make it start".. and you know , in heavy traffic every seconds count. I have visited TVS service center multiple times & told them the issue.. they check the battery & it's in good condition, but they were unable to fix the issue. I don't know what to do, it's not causing me any big trouble.. but unable to start the vehicle in one attempt everytime.. makes me irritate. i.e. TVS "FEATHER TOUCH" FEATURE IS USELESS ..

hello guys, The problem I was facing now it has resolved. It was the SELF-STARTER MOTOR which was Faulty. I have replaced the Motor a month ago, and now it's working fine. Although It's disappointing that Service centre took about 1.5 year to figure that out but at the end It has resolved. I have to pay ₹200 (as delivery charge, I guess) . but no other charges were there. Bike is working fine now(In case of Self start).

I bought on 2nd November'21 and after one week self start was not working... it's irritating.

Yeah prince, Even Service center mechanics don't know what the problem is! TVS should rectify such Issues as fast as possible & train their Mechanics to fix it. But TVS isn't doing so. It's disappointing.
