smartx connect not working

I bought my Apache 160 4V special edition . I have successfully logged in & paired Bike Bluetooth with my mobile. But there is no data in app & while opening the app it is not connecting to the bike. but the Bluetooth is paired with bike & my bike is RTR 160 it is showing RTR 200.I tried Bluetooth pairing many times but didn't rectify the issue . is any one facing the same issue or do U know the solution for this

Same issue I have bought raider 125 smartconnect. Problem I am facing like bike odometer meter shows 475 km but in app it shows 653. App is very slow. As advised by customer care went to service centre but service engineers couldn't solve. Even I mailed to tvs also but no response
