Suddenly stops caused accident

in middle of riding my bike in a traffic it keeps getting off suddenly and i have done with my 2nd service and i have complaint about this issue since first service but it didn't solved . it's 2nd service done but i have gone to service centre 5-6 times for this issue but not solving. And i have seen tvs community chatbox it's not my bike issue only there are many people's with this issue. Now it's my 3rd service time. Probably i will go next week if it doesn't resolved i am going to consumer's court with this issue and screenshot or other members getting same issue and keep informing authority but not getting resolved.
